iRental is a simple rental management system allowing the user to maintain a list of renters and projects for which they can manage rentals.
A typical usage model of a construction company that has multiple units renting to several projects for which a roll up of rental charges per project is required. For simpler applications, all rentals can just be assigned to a single project.
For each project, the user can maintain a list of rental units associate with renters. For each rental unit, the user can maintain a list of rental payments applied to each rental unit. Additionally, the user can also maintain detailed information (address, email, phone numbers, notes, etc.) on each of renters and rental units. The system provide instant summaries at the project level adn at the rental unit level of what units are ahead or behind in payments and the expected and actual income earned. All information is automatically saved during the use and when the application is terminated or set into the background.
